Here is my recently built Vader ROTJ lightsaber constructed out of all metal parts I made and an actual Graflex flash gun.

What does that mean? The holes with the 7 screws in them are tapered and tapped into a metal core.

Rubber ones. Don't know where to get metal ones. Did the original have metal ones on it?

I belive the original had hard plastic. I have anodized aluminum grips on mine. If you want info on the metal grips let me know.

I gotta say, out of all of them, this was the most tedious one to put together. So many hardware parts and they all had to fit.

Since I know how to make all the parts, I am working on making a Vader ROTJ Luxeon saber with a removable red blade.

This is some very nice work for sure! I am looking to bulid a few Vader sabers soon and the Jedi one is the most interesting of the OT sabers. Just where did you find the emiter shroud, or is it a custume piece that you may have made?

I made all the parts except the sleeve, ball catch and kobold D ring.
