These just in after a long wait, Green soldermask on the back of a tan board...
The green was added to the back of the board in hopes of recreating more accurately the look of the vintage tan V2 boards seen. I like how it turned out, honestly.
I also added half-cut vias on the edge to accomodate the common anode/cathode leads from the center of the LED modules. This was done for two reasons. One, to keep them from being accidentally bent when installing the board. Two, so that if you wanted to light up the LED modules, you could solder wire to the back of the board without crimping the wires around the edge of the board against the clamp ears.
The new batch of all blue boards also have these holes. I still have the old version without holes in plain tan.

It's part of the Assembly. It goes on the Emitter Shroud!
Ahhh, I have a few Heiland shrouds with them, if that's what you mean?

Yes. It goes at the front of the shroud where the hole for the D-Ring goes through.

I just checked on mine... and the Length of the 'D' Ring is 1 3/8" X 7/8" That's actual taken measurements that I JUST Did from mine!
They used pretty much the same 'D' Ring on all of the DV Lightsabers through out.
