I still can't get over how great the helmet looks. Definitely one of the best out there, right up there with BlueRealm and Legendary Armor.

Big Update! Been working hard over the weekend. The helmet is being balanced on blue roll tubes and the sculpt isnt actually square on the torso cast but.... small details, small details
You get the vague idea.
Really liking how its looking, feature complete now... few days off and then begin on the finishing. Should take about 2 weeks.

Just wanted to update... we are still working very hard on this! Doing at least an hr a night, much more at weekends. Oddly the chest is taking longer than we expected, however we go on holiday in 2 weeks so it must be done for then! At the moment photos dont really show the subtle changes we are making but ill aim to take some more pics Sunday / early next week.
Looking at the last lot of pics though, it has changed a lot. Definatly wasnt feature complete on the 4th. Oh well live and learn. As soon as we get back from hols we will start on the arms. Looking forward to a change lol.

Long time since an update! still been working hard, we have been on holiday since so that has slowed us down by a few weeks.
We actually thought we had it finished before we went away but unfortunatly since weve been back weve noticed a few issues Always the way ay? Part of me wishs we had moulded it before we went but in the grand scheme of things its better we didnt.
Its 95% complete, weve sent away a few small details to be 3d printed as they are too complicated to sculpt accurately in a realistic time frame. Im sure the Halo fan inside you can spot them They are going to take 2 weeks to arrive so in the mean time we wil be tidying up any uneven lines, finishing the odd surface etc.
Aswell as the above, we are going to make a cast of my arms right after dinner. Going to get the fiberglass done tomorrow so ill post some pictures on Monday.

Well Sevv it's got to be said mate, this is the best Halo Master Chief W.I.P I've seen, so much so I'm gettin a warm fuzzy feelin inside................ lol.
Those lines look like you could lose a finger on them as they look so darn sharp! This is unbelivable work buddy,so can't wait to see more of this amazing build.thumbsupthumbsupthumbsup

Thanks everyone, yes it will be fiberglass casts. Good to hear from you again soulsearcher, im glad you like it!
We managed to get the arms moulded and ready for clay tonight. It does look like some strange creature but it should work great as a base.
Hopefully going to get the lower arms blocked in next week, looking forward too it!
