Tutorial for the Star Wars pvc manacles

I can't seem to find the tutorial for making the manacles out of pvc. Anyone have it?

Thanks, I do remember seeing that one but the one I'm thinking of looked more like the one they used on Chewie in ANH. Instead of magnets it was some type of clasp or latch system.
