STAR WARS - The Acolyte lightsabers

At least the Legacy version from GE will be accurate sized.

Do you think they will do a Sol GE Legacy?

Anyone got a screen cap of the strangers little saber on the ground?
Here you go. Doesn't make sense though. It's longer than it should be based on where it separates and it looks like they made the covertech into a button. This prop may have been made for this one shot:

I’m so confused, I don’t know if the heat’s gotten to me today but I can’t figure it out

Hmmm, could just be because the stunt was a pre-production thing, or when its connected part of the smaller hilt actually recesses into the larger portion.

Anyone else love Qimir's saber but wish it wasn't so chonky?

The PT sabers feel the best in hand bc their so slim and ergonomic.

I like the beefy sabers. I think in universe they look robust. In terms of replicas they will at least be accurate in the sense that there are no thin necks and they match GE and Hasbro proportions.

I like Qimir’s hilt it looks very utilitarian and the fact it is all black means it looks appropriately Sith-like. I also think it looked more “weapon” like, especially when he was holding it to Mae’s head in episode 5.

When are these coming to GE?

I don't know... I get the reasons for the bigger sabers, but they look uncomfortable to duel with. In the prequels they reduced the diameter from the original trilogy to make them more comfortable for long shoots of lightsaber battles. These are even bigger than the original trilogy in diameter. I bet people dropped them a lot during filming.
