Try getting hold of an original M1 from the 90's. They are top notch. Check out The Terminator's thread on the M1 linked below. Just prepare to wait a bit for one to pop up.

Sideshow also sells skulls but they should really be avoided due to having nothing to do with the screen used ones. They have been completely remodeled and don't look like the ones in the films. Wrong proportions, details that are either wrong or missing completely. On top of that they are heavily overpriced with regard to how "wrong" they are. For $50 I would at least consider to buy a sideshow bust. But no way in hell for $500-$1200.

HCG - Hollywood Collectors Group also have made both 1:1 scale as well as half sized 1:2 scaled endoskulls.

Many fans are hoping and waiting for some good company like Chronicle Collectibles(www.chroniclecollectibles.com) to get the license/rights to do skulls/busts from the first two films they already have the ability to do them justice, just not the legal rights.

Chronicle Collectibles is one of the best skulls , I like between sideshow , HCG , Icons , or timeless , but that's just me. My collection as I look at each one...I love the CC version best. Not everyone will agree , but that's just me . My 2nd choice is timeless collectibles
