Tron Legacy: the Other Props

So the Mysterious Island book is a rather easy find, has anyone found the blue edition of the Voyages Extraordinaire - Adventeres of Captaine Hatteras? I can only find the red ones, and at $1500 to $10000 not exactly affordable! Was considering getting one of the print on demand hardbacks and making my own cover!
be cheaper to fly to France and buy a copy there hehe

Here's some news for those tring to figure out the disc-to-suit capabilities

"The light discs that were created for TRON Legacy consisted of 134 LED lights, were radio-controlled, and were attached to the suits with a magnet."

You saw that on Facebook too, huh? :lol

If you mean this section (different image)

Then that's the part that Sam plugs into his hacker module when he's uploading Encom OS 12, not part of the module itself.

Any one have a lead on the silver ribbed section on the far left?

sooo am I the only one that notice and wants the arcade key fob that says FLYNN'S?

If you mean the section '1', then no, still no leads

Also, I'd like to know what section '2' is - there's nothing normally attached to the logic board there (at least not on the one i have). I think it may be a small section of folded over ribbon cable, but I could be wrong.

I'm not sure if any of you have used Disney's Second Screen iPad app with Tron: Legacy, but there is a LOT of images in there that I haven't seen anywhere else. I ripped all the images from the app (and some quicktime videos that were in there as well) to upload for anyone here that may want them. There's no real structure to the images, so you'll just have to go through them yourself. There are a TON of images, and many of them are redundant (there are a lot of repetitive images from 360-degree-view features in the application) but there are some real gems in there if you dig. Some great prop pictures, set pictures, costume pictures, concept images, etc., many of them extremely detailed. Some I've seen already, mostly on this forum, but many I had never seen before. Feel free to cross-post it to other threads. I'm just sharing a public link from my dropbox, so if the link stops working, feel free to PM me and I'll upload it elsewhere. Get it here. (File is just over 600mb)

Wow, thanks for sharing. I've heard about the app but since I didn't have an iPad I don't know where to start looking!

Downloading...

No problem. I downloaded the app just to see if there was anything decent in it, I was really amazed by just how much they included. I still haven't even gone through everything, there is WAY too much in there. There's no way to save images from the application, so I thought I should rip them all for everyone here since no one else has that I know of. I figured a few people around here would have use for them as well.

well looks like the CLU ball controls are 1.5" in diameter according to concept pics in that lot

hope these helps some with the board

I have carefully pried off the metal brackets and back layers of the board.
There might be two at least one layer under it as part of the housing-the hex screws have to go some where.
The bottom left screw hole looks like they used.

Note I would glue down the six gold tabs since they are easily worn off

If you look there are hints as to where to trim the card

Can't load the pics Megatron, am I the only one having problems?

Thanks to Josh, I spent an hour going through the materials, really had some fun too.

There are some pics of the baton, and some helmet pics as well. And a cover scan of Digital Gaming, not the best resolution but REALLY GOOD. Funny thing is the stuff on the back cover is exactly the same as the Digital Frontier (even the book name!).
