TRON LEGACY: Identity Disc Progress

I'm not saying the overall size is off, but just look at a screencap from the movie, or the deluxe version, and the center "donut hole" section is proportionally off. The size of the overall "band" is too thick. The hole should be bigger, is what I'm trying to say.

So has anyone come up with a lighting rig for the ones made by members of the community already?
 
I heard that women's discs were smaller than the men's, which is apparent when the Siren's are suiting up Sam. And that the Deluxe disc is pretty much accurate for the womens size. And yes, Quorra's size obviously changes size for various reasons.

The Frisbee one is too thick/tall.

According to Disney Archives Los Angeles the female discs were the size of the Deluxe Sam Flynn disc. There were also 12 & 13 inch discs that were used by back ground as "carrying" discs. Which had to be in the scene when all the extra's were running around in Castors bar during the fight sequence, since there are not other scenes that made final cut of people walking around with discs in their hands. Some stunt discs were made of impact rubber and were between 12 & 13 inches too. The "hero" male discs were 10 inches total. The disc that was auctioned at Profiles was not Quoras disc. The photo was used for reference only.

So then the measurements for the discs are based on the person. If you're a bigger/taller person, then you have a larger disc I assume. Someone of my size would probably have like a 10in. to 11in. disc then. I finally saw what deluxe discs are being released for series 2, one of them being Kevin Flynn's identity disc and other is Rinzlers. What I like about Flynn's is he has a white disc which I really want. But I'm just also and stickler for detail and it bugs me that they didn't go studio detailed with it.
 
I ordered a Rinzler disc earlier on eBay, if you guys would like them I could post pics of it out of the packaging when it arrives
 
OK so here is my mod to the off the shelf disk.
It cost about 30.00 to do so not to bad me thinks.

DIY CNC Routers are actually more obtainable/affordable these days than you might realize.
