TRON LEGACY: Identity Disc Progress

Yep. Just the two. Frisbee version and light-up version. They never promised more. The light-up one is going to be exact, from what I've heard.

It just looks like a toy to me? Maybe there could be some upgrades on the horizon?

I really don't like the fact that the plastic is blue... I coulda sworn I saw a pic of one that was clear/translucent white... that LIT up blue?

Maybe if they are accurately shaped someone could just make a better one closer to what was used for the REAL PROP?

it lookd like a really light blue, might even be the packaging reflecting..the EE photo shows the clear parts and clear clear.
 
Although the licensed toys are cool, I'm far more interested in seeing Travis' disc. How heavy is the disc likely going to be once fitted with all of it's electronics?

A friend from Spin Master told me that the deluxe disc is the exact same size as the real prop, so you can probably just make a mold of it and do a much more accurate replica.

That being said, it looks really awesome. The LEDs kinda suck, but the scale and plastic look dead on. :)
 
i was sitting there wondering when he was gonna actually open the thing! personally i dont care for it, but to each his own. i would much rather model mine after someone's on here!
 
its not the deluxe lighting one, its the frisbee one, but the details are still there. ill get some pics tonight. Has a cool 2 tone black finish
 
the PIH auction says 10inch diameter, this one is exactly that.
