I'm sure I remember a rumor from a few years back about a pretty wild idea for future films.
The plot saw toys everywhere losing their ability to animate. The film would see the toys journeying to a museum to find the first toy. I think it was a Mayan doll or an Egyption doll which had bestowed life on all subsequent toys.
Too 'Night at the Museum' really.

I can't get behind this movie if it's going to be a straight up prequel like Monster Academy. Losing Bo in Toy Story 3 left a really bad impression that really brought the film down. It's almost insulting to dedicate a whole movie towards a romance between the two when all it builds up to is "Yeah, bo's gone" and that's freaking it.
Maybe it's about the return of Bo Peep!
If that's the case, even if it was a Godfather Part II kind of thing showing before and after the events of the three movies, all would be forgiven.

I hope for the best but sometimes a successful film series goes one film too far. My son grew up the the Cars movies but he really wished they did not make the third one. Indiana Jones had a wonderful trilogy, the fourth film was OK but it really seemed the odd man out in the series.
Toys 4 could be a great film, I hope it is, but for some reason the new Fork character reminds me of Mr. Bill on SNL.

anyone watch the supercarlinbrothers on youtube? they are really great for star wars, harry potter and even toy story history and theory. i saw this the other day, i guess everyone is really concerned with this new character forky?

I guess if anyony could pull off a 4th movie, it would be pixar. Lets just hope so.
