Don't be too scared of the pricing of 3D printing. If you can find a hobbyist with a printer in your area (and there are likely many people with them around you), they may do it very cheap. Something this size probably takes about $5-10 in plastic (max), and 10-20 hours to print (for all the parts). So while online printing vendors may want $100 to make it, a hobbyist may only charge you $30 or something.

Welcome to the base, Awesomeness and sethicide!! Glad to have you both here, and can't wait to see what you two start posting here!

Also, finishing up a breakdown of my cosplay in video format for Matt to upload on his YouTube channel, so keep an eye out for when he posts that link here! :D

I've got some pictures over in my thread. I made it out of vinyl coated fabric (like a whitewater raft or dry bag is made from), because I wanted it to look "well sealed". It turned out the fabric was pretty easy to work with, because you just use vinyl cement to glue it together! I used a laser cutter to cut out the biohazard symbol (also PVC coated fabric), and cemented that on as well. I put a large (6" diameter?) cardboard shipping tube, that I had lying around, inside to keep the bag "full".

for mine i used an old rain coat shaped to a rectangle with two disc for the sides
i sew it together and use another coat for the top part and sew it with two slings and fastex

for the black side and the biohazard symbol i used a stencil and a sharpie

Does anyone have a Pepakura or any simple way to make the "Brick"/Comms device. I asked my local 3D printing place and they want to charge me $85!!! Anyone please help

No, but you could try to MAKE a Pepakura yourself from the 3D printer models. Honestly, I think if you can find a person with a 3D printer, you can get them to print it for you cheaply. So many people own 3D printers now that if you ask around someone you know must have one, or someone they know. It's like $10 in materials to print one of these, and you're going to spend a bunch of money and tons of time trying to Pepakura one.

If you insist on going that route, I suggest instead trying to make one out of balsa wood or clay. The main advantage of Pepakura is being able to make big, large-volume items that would otherwise require tons of material to sculpt and cast. This thing is small, and could be carved out of practically anything, much easier.

For printing, maybe try a site like http://www.makexyz.com

Soo what are some ways I can attach stuff to my backpack and stuff I should add, I don't have many straps, but I wanna add like a cantina and a bundle of rooe and stuff. What are alternative ways to put stuff on the bag? IMG_20160219_193815606.jpg

Where did you guys get the watch. I saw someone mention a G-Shors but where did you order it from. I found a site called gearbest but I don't know if it's safe.
