I dont dare to say. Its crazy amount of time and money. Its been about perfecting it and enginere it to function ultimate. Far to much money gone into it.

Prototype 2007
Genereration 1 2008 Several resculpts
Generation 2 08-2009 Several parts replaced
Generation 3V1 2009 Was made to big to fit a normal sized person so had to resculpt all into the Gen3.V2.
Generation 3V2 09-2010 Final enginering of parts for optimal functionality. walk stairs, run, jump sit down and maintain a higest quality of appearence without loosing the flexibility and structural strenghth.

total 8 different helmets...

Imagine one silicon mould for a helmet is close to 500 USD Imagine the rest and all the different parts.

I am having great trouble at making the elbow and knee joints. i have no idea what to use and ho wto do it. ANY advice?

Also cant figure what to do for the triangluar light chest piece. also, any advice?

FOUND IT!!!

Please note, for this day i had not the silver undersuit on. It really makes a big difference in the streamlined effect. The newsilver suit was stuck in custom. Ido advice do not buy the metalic version the metal falls of after 2-3 usages and turns white. I advice a grey metal color non metalic for a undersuit base.

Great pictures John! Suit looks great as always and fits perfect. Yeah, the silver ' grey under suit would lock it all down.

pr3dato8, I've been working on these section made from rubber for the joints, this one is for the back of the knee.

I've fit them inside the suit and they fit fine but I've yet to do a full test fit. I see no problems though, I have a good idea of how I'm going to fit them in as well.

This idea has been shown on the RPF a good few times now using the rivets so the separate plates of plastic or rubber in this case work like an armadillo armour plate.

Well, it was real cheap to get hold of and I was made up when I stumbled across it.

It's actually cut up from a laundry basket ;) found here in the UK and they come in several colours, I chose red naturally as it's a base colour, The material sands down really well also.

I've done some paint tests as well and the paint stays even once the rubber is flexed.

I'll of course post more pics once I'm done.

Cheers man, hopefully getting very close to seeing my GenIII finished. I've started work on buliding the elbow guards now also at the back, these are in ABS plastic.

Arrived in UK London to do the Ironman DVD/Blueray 2 day promotions. Invited Keith over to join, he is landing shortly and look forward to meet Keith Zendragon for a couple of awsome days together. We will keep you posted.

Got some cool photos i want to share taking during our promotion tour. i cant post them yet due to media covrage. but you might se is in the uk magazine Nuts, Empire and the big newspapers. sadly the morning tv show got canceled in the last day. It was a truly great experience working with Keith and he does a fantastic persona of Tony. People went nuts in london when they saw him take of his helmet. we walked for nearly 4 hours in the suits all over london, taking the buss as well, i jogged in the park and cycled with the suit in front of the Queens caslte. We had a blast!

hehe, indeed the FACTS Convention is a lot of Star Wars as well, this booth is actually our elevator but it's a nice display area for any costume, the lights help bring out the different areas of armor or costumes :)
