My latest outing with the suit,

Adi Granov (http://adigranov.cghub.com/images) the designer of the film suit was doing a signing near by to me in Leeds North UK along with a load of other comic book artists and he had been told about me and the suit through a Comic distributer friend of mine. . Adi loved the idea of me turning up to stand by his table while he signed a few sketches.. He loved the suit! He said it was interesting to see it on a guy for real as the one in the film had huge gaps left for CG, he was amazed at how well I managed to move in it and he was honoured to have me there.

I managed to speak with him after the show, He's real nice guy! loads of praise for the suit and he said he was really excited to have me there, He didnt need Iron Man there though, he was completely swamped by fans wanting to meet him.

He was interviewed by our National TV and I stood there by his side through out the whole thing, he pointed references to the TMP suit and spoke about his work on the first film and his two new designs for the second.

I'll be getting a copy of the footage from that in the coming week but until then here's a few pics!

@Decaturvader, very funny I was thinking the same with reference to C-3PO. 2 worlds (SW - Iron Man) but so close when you think about it ....

Sorry to get off track for a bit, but we are discussing Iron Man related stuff here on this thread. Some website in Russian claims to have some promotional art for IM2 along with the picture from the new Empire issue. I have no idea if this is even accurate. Take a look and let me know what you all think.

Rather than post pictures (ie I don't want to spoil it for people who want to be surprised), I will post links to certain pictures

• What I assume to be the Mark IV
• War Machine for what I assume is the Mark V
• I assume that this is the Mark VI based on stuff that I have seen for Hasbro

If the pictures of War Machine are accurate, I am very excited. The pictures do resemble the suit that Phil Saunders came up with and the sneak peak image that Diamond Select Toys has shown for their figure.

For those of you who are not on my facebook, here's a link to the footage in my Suit with Adi Granov, please note - my suit is not the new Generation 3 armour though in this shot. It's an earlier TMP suit.

Our interview got cut short which is a shame but for the time you do see us on film the suit looks great!

Seriously - an absolutely superb weekend was spent in the company of you, Bruce, Russ, Scott and Jay - we've got to do it again next year sometime.
That's one hell of a statue and generated a huge amount of interest, as did this beauty - that will be the helmet, by the way. :rolleyes
