Finished my install this weekend. Using the Saber Bay-supplied sound font. Also created my own proffie chassis file - attached if anyone wants it. Uses the same pogo pin connectors and buttons as the original, plus 24mm speaker.

Here are the pictures of the vented pommel cap and the blade plug for those who ordered the additional fx parts. These should arrive to me in about 12 days and Ill ship them with the Geonobi hilts right after.
