Actually the build is just about the same. It has more mechanical details on the body though anbd obviously its silver.
See the ribbed/plated pads on the legs? The one in the film has that, and one covering the crotch area (like the skirt things the samurai wear).
It also has the plated pads on the upper part of the arm and continues up just above the shoulder.
The knuckles have some kind of spikes.

The face of the helmet is kind of flat with a slight curve (THink of iron man prifile shot). A thin sliver that curves upwards along the eyeline.

There might be a ceremonial suit and then a battle suit that it used towards the end.

Things in the forground should technically look bigger than things in the background...
but yet, The samurai is in the forground looks smaller than characters that are in the background. A statue maybe or figurine?

Everyone kept talking about Silver Samurai and I don't know why but I kept thinking about that guy from Street Fighter. Sodom.

Do you think we'll see wolverine put on a helmet or mask that's reminiscent oh his comic mask?

A samurai helmet could be designed to echo that shape. A subtle nod or Easter egg for the fans. Even a short moment where he tries it on but then decides against it. Could be cool

I am game with the silver samurai being the villian in this film. As long as he doesn't turn out to be another leather trench coat wearing rendition of a villian.(ie. Bullseye, Stormshadow, Sabertooth, etc.)
