The Ultimate Ben Obi-Wan Kenobi Real Vintage Parts Lightsaber Group

The post you quoted was 7 years old and prices do fluctuate on the parts over time as more things are found. Specifically the Rolls Royce engines.

Right now balance pipes are anywhere from $3000-6000 depending on what you're going for, and it's typically the most expensive part of the saber, although the booster has went up significantly and can often be in the $4000 range right now.

Presumed these parts would be costly, but didn't realize to that degree...

Quite possibly the most neurotic question in this thread:

The natural grain of the metal in a real GRAFLEX clamp - does it encircle the band, or run the length of the band?

The brushed finish of a Graflex clamp follows the circumference, same as the tube of the flash.
Hah! THANK you for confirming!

I'd tell you all why I asked, but it is sacrilege to this thread...

Ah, what the hell - using buffable paints and SnJ Rub n Buff (on my resin clamp portion), and want to buff in the correct direction.

(As all the while I'm settling for a "good enough" answer to the transistors  )
