I don't really have the software to adjust for camera lens angles and distortion, nor the measuring things you can do in photoshop? maybe I do, need a tutorial... anyway I did the casual blaster thing and made shapes and lines and compared things to real world parts. This isn't really exact and everything is blurry up close. I attached a photo or two of what photos I was drawing on
ANH - round blades
From Gino or BAlinger?

Vader - using piece of T track as comparison
17 mm (?)Base
10.2 mm Tip
Luke
Scottjua's photo

8.75 mm Tip
16 mm base
35" or more blade
Obi Wan/V2 - using Anakin Starkiller emitter as reference

18 ish mm Base
ESB
Vader

16-17 mm Base (I know, really)
10 mm Tip
47" Long
Luke - NO BUNNY EARS (bunny ears looks like 18)

19-20 mm Base (really, I know)
10 mm Tip
37" Long
ANH Stunt Bladed

19-20 mm base
same as above (?)
ROTJ picture Luke over Vader

Luke - 18 mm base
My conclusions: Vader and Luke's blades were different Antenna. Vader's is longer, but skinnier, and should be fatter if it's cut lower. They have the same 10mm tip.
Another nail in the coffin on the round ANH blades being skinnier
ANH Stunt during ESB and Luke's Graflex with foam grips and the split socket really have fatter blades than I thought. Have to be cut from long antenna radomes. My new ones get to be around 30mm at the base I've not seen a 4 footer get above 18.. though I've not held a Glomex RA300, I think that does
