I am a part of this so I hope you all will read my post fully.
Below are events in the order they occurred as I know them. I want to put this out to dispute the claim that suggested The Ninja hijacked these Browning from another member.
1. Back in September while searching for Browning gun, I found a gun dealer website that listed 12 guns for sale. After confirming that 8 guns were available, I started contacting brokers in the US to help with importing, but all of them said no way. So I told the gun dealer that I can no longer pursue this further due to regulations. He acknowledged and our e-mail exchange ended on Oct 10.
2. On Oct 16, I bumped my WTB Booster/Flash Hider post. The Ninja messaged me informing me of an auction in the US that might interest me. I thanked him and mentioned my failed attempt to buy Browning from A gun dealer located in Czech. The conversation moved along to something else.
3. Fast forward to Nov 30. I contacted Onderon hoping to buy Armitage Shank tap sets from him. He said he would trade them for a Booster. So I told him about that gun dealer, gave him the web site and contact info.
4. On Dec 5, The Ninja updated his hunting Thread with Browning. I thought it was a great find. I even messaged him the same day showing my interest in getting one.
5. Later on Dec 5, I received a message from Onderon asking me if I let The Ninja take the Browning find. I didn't think much of it at the time so in my reply, I said that I did mention "Czech" to the Ninja, but that was back in October and the Ninja could have found it on his own since I too found it on Google. The conversation then shifted back to Armitage Shanks tap set.
6. Today I received message from both Onderon and The Ninja about Browning gun. I checked back at the hunting thread to find that the issue was blown up. In my response to Onderon, I outlined my interactions with The Ninja back in October and that The Ninja found these guns on his own. I also pointed out that anyone could have located these guns by showing him a screen shot of how a Google search for "Browning .303" would bring up images posted by this gun dealer.
Hope this helps clear up the air for some.
