Was going through Ebay to see what the latest and greatest costumes were being sold and Low-and-Behold, there's a pic of me in a Batman costume being used for an auction!!! The seller is auctioning a 'Rubies' Batman costume. Not only is he misrepresenting what he's selling but he's using a photo of me to do it! The pic was more than likely ripped from the RPF or LOH when posting costumes but I don't know this person and, as I posted them on forums, do I have any recourse? I asked the guy to take the pic down twice and he hasn't responded. I don't want to be a jerk but I think it's an unethical selling practice.
