Well I can tell you from personal experience, that the Infantry/Cav Suit is an easier suit to make and it is easier to gather materials for, and is also an easier suit to make in my opinion.

In that case I will make the Infantry/Cav suit. Do you have any patterns/templates for the armor and other garments that I could use/purchase?
