Careful observers will notice a few interesting things about how the cowl was run.. Can't wait to see more accurate patterns on the correct color base...

Looks like there is some form of neck wrapping around the affleck bust on the floor in the background of the pic with the 3-suits in it.

True, but you also know where and how much Velcro to place one the front and sides for the belt and for the cape and cowl. Including how they probably keep the cape attached on the shoulders. Wish they showed the back to see if there is any there though.

No, that one isn't an Affleck head

Yeah fair call haha. Funnily enough in regards to ppl calling Affleck fat, they even used old Arnie photos as reference for muscle suit haha.

Still laughing at the folks that called Ben fat... They gave his muscles muscles.

He wasn't fat, but he definitely didn't look as lean as the maquette. Doesn't bother me though, I prefer the strongman look over a pro wrestler on steroids.
