DC Penguin Costume advice and suggestions

Okay so I’d like to make a DC Comics PENGUIN costume. More comics, LESS Danny DeVito. Hahaha. I attached the costume I’m basing mine on. I was hoping for some advice from you all!

Has anyone been the Penguin? Any advice on the costume? The Hat? The Umbrella?
