So I saw the movie again, and this time really payed attention to the cowl movement. Weird thing is, in select scenes he can move his head in the less armoured suit as well, but mostly does the bat-turn in that suit, wonder if that has anything to do with the reshoots.

I just watched it today. To me it appeared that in both suits, he could look up and down, but not left and right. I did not like his costume as a whole in this one. The quality of the materials and overall design didn't look anywhere near the level of Ironhead Studio's suit. That's a shame seeing as the suit was supposed to be an upgrade.

I could've sworn in some promotional stuff they mentioned that the eyes on the Tactical Suit would light up white to get that comic book look.

But it never happened which was kinda disappointing. Maybe it's in a deleted scene.

I liked the design of the suit overall, just wish he'd ditched the goggles, or if they'd shown from his perspective it giving him a HUD or something. But it did look really stiff, both suits, something about the design of the cowl really threw me off too.
