Thank you guys, I almost have the whole body skinned with the thinner foam then I can latex it, and ready for paint, I still need to work out the lighting

I'm curious; will this foam padding move and behave as muscle, or will it be mostly stationary like armor plating?

It's extreemily soft and flexible, I have full range of motion

In other words it's several steps up from the bits of foam sewn into children's costumes to make fake muscles.

It will fit tighter to the face it will have two sets of straps
