Yup... At least in my book.Another win for Godwin's Law.

When I started this I truly had high hopes we would get the great quality of The Mandalorian. I had no idea it would be this abysmal. And there Thain bookends This Thread lol
My analogy to Joseph Goebbels propaganda was infinitely far less about “DiSnEy are NaZiS” than it was about the inevitable ‘Making of Book of Boba Fett’ undoubtedly being a psychologically manipulative piece of media that attempts to present everything as good, happy, magical and perfect while in reality it is anything butAnother win for Godwin's Law.

But do whatever ya gotta do to defend this slop
Was it really though???Not as good as the Mandalorian, but certainly better than most Star Wars films.
Yeah... I hate we missed that rancor hauling ALL KINDS OF BUTT to get from the Palace back to Mo's Espa that quick. So, why did Fett go back to his palace and bring back Rodney the Rancor instead of jumping in Slave 1 (yeah, I said it) fly back and blow the droids to bits with the blaster canons.
Was it really though???![]()

That's it. I'm shutting this down!
I think in the streets of Mos Espa, it wouldn't have much of problem. Now out in the open desert, that would be a different story.I still think my issue isn't so much their design inspiration or being preexisting in the SW universe so much as they are just fundamentally the wrong assault tool for that type of environment on visuals/mechanics alone... The only reason they don't sink into the sand and topple over with their immense implied weight and those goofy pointy attack feet was because the Director wanted it. Its not good
People give the AT-AT and AT-ST's crap for their slow moving designs, but if you actually look around at the environments that they are used in, they're seemingly very practical in their actual capabilities of tackling varying terrain types on the fly, be it snow, sand, forest, mountains, hills and valleys etc (because they're largely designed off land megafauna body mechanics), while this design would need to walk on a firm or semi-firm surface to not sink in and get stuck.. I mean its literally trying to stab things with its feet in scenes even...
These ain't country droids boy, these here are them city-fied droids. Also seriously **** the design of the Terminator robots. Their stupid pointy feet would literally be the biggest hinderance in the desert as they sink into the sand..
This was my initial reaction in this scene.. i paused.. rewound.. and had to see it again
If they do a second season of Boba, I'd give it over to Bryce. Rodriguez is just...not good.

I thought she was talking to R2?I think something that seemed really important is the mechanic can understand Grogu?!
This was TOTALLY my take on this as well. Now... technically... we never saw the body. And anyone who's ever read a comic knows, if you don't see the body then they're not really dead. Shrodinger's Twilek I guess.I wish they had let Garsa survive the blast in the last episode, and be part of the fighters in this one.
Her involvement could also have been made into a reason for staying in the blasted-out The Sanctuary.
No -- in a comic it doesn't matter whether you see the body or not -- they'll be back eventually, regardless. In a TV series or movie, it takes not showing the body. This was TOTALLY my take on this as well. Now... technically... we never saw the body. I like to think she's laying in a bacta tank in the Mos Espa community clinic, with Boba picking up the tab.
A guy can hope, right?
That was soooooo page 285.I just found out Garsa is Jennifer Beals from Flashdance and she is 58! My mind is blown. I think we need a whole new thread just about that![]()
