The Book of Boba Fett

Hello I have been working since the trailer , and here’s is my take on BOBF helmet , the attached images show a comparison between my Book of boba fett Acurrate size Helmet (ASH), and an Original trilogy Lineage helmet, and also with my mando helmet. And some 3D wireframes of the model on top of trailer stills .
The 3D model started from my acurrate empire model ,That I convert it to book of boba look using multiple image references and techniques like photogrammetry and 3D modeling , and I think I know what iron head did to this helmet , kind of like they gave the helmet a mando look , hope you guys like it , thanks

As people age and gain weight their face gets bigger. Maybe his old one was getting too tight in the cheeks and he had a new helmet made.

There is the dent to consider. Could have had the old one rebuilt to preserve it.

Personally though, if I have to put two pictures side by side to see the differences, I consider them functionally identical. It's certainly less obvious than the size difference of hero vs stunt lightsabers.

Well, I once had a stain on my favorite tie. I wore it almost everyday.

When it finally wore out and I had to buy a new one, I immediately put a stain on it too, out of nostalgia.

Could be the dent is the same thing for Fett.

As impervious as The Mandalorian show has emphasized beskar is, I can only wonder what could've dented the helmet like that without doing any other damage or killing Fett outright!

AFAIK Boba’s armor is Beskar alloy, much like Mando’s armor (minus the helmet) in season 1 episodes 1-3. Only after the upgrade is Mando so insanely tanky.

I want to buy your helmet!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THE NEW Fett helmet portions, the OG was too wide, but the visor kept its visibility, more than the Mando bucket at least. I am all about the updated props and have been dying for a symmetrical and thinner Boba helmet.

Great job on the helmet. I see your using creasing to hold all the sharp edges. If you check out this pic below you can see a simple topology adjustment you can make to hold corners. If you drop in 1 supporting edge loop if will hold the sharpness w/o needing to use the crease tool around the visor. Hope it helps.

Where do they say that? I'm curious because in the old EU they said Jango had durasteel armor, which is not as durable.
