I recall from attending SDCC 2011 that Muemum Replicas has the rights to make the shield to sell as a full size replica.

The Avengers is going to be EPIC. Joss Whedon is the man ans a true comic fan. I loved his X-Men work. The suit looks incredible.

I saw Museum Replicas' licensed Cap shield prototype @ Comic-Con--NOT impressive at all. :thumbsdown
