My brown thermal from American Apparel came. It is absolutely perfect. Very slim/skin tight and the sleeves are overly long which is good for the thumbholes!

nah, i dont think so. the bottom pocket flaps look strange. i may be wrong tho. If this is the actual jacket, then you are one hell of a lucky guy. :thumbsup

Will do once I get it. Just found it on eBay last night with a "Buy It Now" option...which I of course jumped on faster than my fingers could move! I pulled that pic from the auction.

Yep, it's the real deal!
In that picture (which I pulled from the eBay auction), the pocket flaps are wrinkled up which is why they have a strange appearance as you noted. As soon as I get it (and iron it) I'll post some better pics.
Little known fact: Back before TASM came out and the jacket was ID'd as a Vince, I went to their store in my city and had one of the employees look up the history of the jacket. According to the Vince store, the company has actually made two versions of the same jacket (which they sometimes do since they have their own stores as well as sell exclusive pieces at retailers like Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, RevolveClothing.com, etc). So, they made one for men (likely the screen used version) and one that's unisex. This is the latter. But from what I've gathered, they're the exact same right down to every detail other than the inside labels.

thought I’d show off what I have close at hand (also have a black thermal, very similar fingerless gloves, ASM suit being sewn and Markpoon’s shooters on the way along with alternative apparel navy thermal, brown thermal and heather lake blue t-shirt)
the jacket was worn by the army bought it in a little shop called Dirty Harry in Brighton and adjusted it myself but am taking it to a seamstress to have the gussets removed and arms taken in properly I removed the epaulettes myself and took the arms in myself (however I don't think I did that good of a job) I have gold poppers on the way aswel to attach I also am asking the seamstress to add a side entry to the same pockets and a small cover over the hood zip.
The hoody is from Primark and cost £5 its nothing special lol
The boots are some store bought military boots I spotted and decided they would look great under black skinny’s with a blue lace (like peter and they really do look great)
Finally air force 1 Nike trainers I spotted them in Brighton on sale and they screamed Peter at me I know he wears Dunks but these just looked right
