I have seen the film! Just got home from it actually. If anyone has any questions about TASM costumes/clothing etc., I'm more than happy to answer any of them!

I think it works really well in the film and looks pretty damn good. A lot better than they could have done with practical FX (and I'm a big proponent for practical/CG blending).
And all the Spidey FX will blow your socks off. One of the first films I've seen where the 3D actually enhanced the experience and pulled me in more versus being distracting.

Having seen the film and getting a good look at the Vince coat on the big screen, I'd say the third is the closest match. In fact, if you cut the epaulets off and add some gold push buttons to the outside of the pockets for looks, then you'd have yourself a pretty good replica.
Or if you live near a Forever 21, this jacket is a pretty close match and fits great (they only have XL left to order online).
Seeing it tonight! Can't wait! Who else is gonna go?

i unfortunately tend to be a size xs in jackets (34 inch cheat and 28 waist 38 plus jackets swamp me haha i may try and get it tailored as i cant get the vince or forever 21 in my size
Just got back! I loved the movie, very well done. I'm glad that we were fortunate enough to get such a great film if this series had to be rebooted.

Agreed! I'm a big fan of Peter's jackets and I'd like to find them (or similar ones) for everyday wear!
