Thank goodness for HD! Pulp Fiction Krazy Kat t-shirt update :)

A few years ago I drew the following picture using the Pulp Fiction DVD as reference. I think I did about the best that I could considering what I had to work with. I ended up having to copy the characters from Krazy Kat comic strips.

Now thanks to the 720p HD version of Pulp Fiction I have just finished drawing the following image. The difference is like night and day! Again, I opted for good old fashioned pencil and paper since the original was hand drawn.

I'm glad Herriman's name is in there this time. Was surprised that it didn't seem to be part of the original art before. Good 'ol HD!

Are you sure Ignatz has a "angry" brow line? I've read a couple of Krazy Kat collections and he usually has a pretty passive expression when hurling bricks.

If ssdesigner does a revised shirt, I recommend the image be printed a little larger this time.

Now that you mention it, it does look like Ignantz (the mouse?) has pretty much just two small eyebrows above his eyes, but nothing angry or the like.

I'm fixing the eyebrows as we speak.

The reason I didn't have the signature in last time is because I had no clue that it was supposed to be there LOL!

These are available through Cafepress. See my post in the junk yard. And to those worried about the quality - don't be. They are printed direct onto the fabric and are not going to fade like heat transfers.
