My completed General Thade costume.
Silicone mask with human hair (wefts at the back and punched in around the face)
Fibreglass armour with the undersuit made from lycra long sleeved top and leggings with more than 200 metres of cotton cord attached.

Thank you for the kind comments everyone.
Sandbagger - No, I'm not a 'Pro' I'm sort of amateur/semi pro. Most of my commissions have been for a charity fundraising group here in the uk although the Thade costume was more of a labour of love.
I've just been fortunate enough to had some excellent advice and training from one of the best.
