Rookie Mistake #1: don't place your registration keys so high on the helmet. May need to add a 3rd seam down front! Hopefully tomorrow when I open this up and see the interior of the mold, I'm not forced to start this process all over again!

Im sure it will be fine ive done a similar thing with one of my moulds! it worked out fine though :)

Hi everyone! This is my first ever post on the RPF. I am a long time member on the scum forums.

WOW! Your work on your TFA Stormie bucket is too awesome. Beautiful piece of work.

On to the beak! Here's what I've come up with. The clay at the top is the pour spout and the toothpicks are vent holes. Open to any feedback on this.

I've had a lot of questions regarding the size of my helmet so figured I should post a pic. My head is 23.5" circumference and it fits me well with room for padding!

Look forward to seeing you complete this, it's looking fantastic, great job and well done on your hard work

Holy crap this is fantastic. Also, I second the suggestion of Creations n Chrome. I can tell you, as a gear head, that they're well known in the automotive industry. I was surprised to see someone mention them on here, but then again, I just joined RPF. idk how many people here use them. I know I would.

Just had say how beautiful that bucket is...holy frikin crap is it gorgeous

I was thinking about trying to do one for Halloween and this is def inspiring me to at least "attempt" it haha!

Sorry for the lack of status updates. Been out of town on business and haven't had much time to finish off my bucket this weekend. Expect to be done sometime next weekend. Posts will be forthcoming!
