Still working out the kinks on the helmet.
But everything is almost ready for molding and casting.

Refining the helmet. The initial problem was i based the sculpt off of different builds...now just basing it off purely on the screen used helmets. I think it's finally getting close to where i want it to be.

This has to be the best fan sculpt I have seen to date, as I have said before this is fantastic work and I am more than impressed that you are not afraid to incorrperate changes as you progress though this , I constantly look forward to your updates on this thread and look forward to seeing this completed, well done ,absolutely love this

@ UT Trooper - ABS / HIPS armor is the end goal...however i do not have access to a vacuform machine yet. A friend of mine will be building one, so hopefully we can have vacuformed armor soon. In the meantime, the prototype will be made out of fiberglass.

@AI May - Wow, thanks! Trying my best to base it purely off of the screen used helmet.

Update:
Cloth gaskets: not the screen accurate material but much more breathable and flexible.

I think i'm just about done with the refinements in overall shape. Now to make a waste mold and get a slush resin cast for detailing and fine surface finishing.
