Mold in progress! Print coat is on!
Also to make your silicone go further, try recycling the cured rubber that's trimmed off from other projects. Mix it as filler to subsequent layers after the print coat.

Hey, thanks for the interest. I'll be pulling parts this week, assuming all goes well I'll post a thread in the junkyard offering a kit, head and horns only for now(est. $350). I'll probably offer a completed version with neck and mounting system with fully articulated head/neck for positioning. Keep you updated with pics when I take em. Going out to finish glassing the first head pull now.:cool

Mold complete, and first head part cast! Little to no clean up right out of the mold! I primed the mold first, then layed a print coat of shell-shock, then two layers of fiber glass.

Parts pulled, kit ready! Will post this in the junkyard for any takers! Kit is head and horns only, ready to assemble and paint. price $350 plus shipping. May offer a neck and mounting system later, also I may offer a completed version.
