Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

That's a pretty fantastic job right there

Thanks guys.

Here are more images of the red brick pattern. From an angle it looks raised, but if you stand over it, it'll blend into the fabric

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

maybe you should go for a small victory in the way of just completeing a suit waist down like blue legs and the red webbed boots...

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

He's been at this for months, I'd say the satisfaction of doing the whole thing would trump a half finished suit at this point

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

lowest part would be an easier starting point then all the webbing on the upper body...also he would have to combine the direction of the red bricks with the webs to match the actual suit which is gonna be a headache which all the people here want authenticity if they are gonna shell out that $$$ for a unsewn suit...which is gonna be double hard for the person purchasing it to have it sewn also...hope it will come with some in depth instructions ...

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

I'm sure he will tackle any and all challenges as well as he already has, ichidave. No need to worry.

Thank you for your support guys. I actually want to create the leg parts last but don't worry ichidave, i'll go for a big win
even if it means it takes me a while longer to do so.

While I do not have any updates for everyone, I do have a photo of the light hitting the ink in ways that show off the effect of the ink. At certain angles the ink will have that water based ink look

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

I assume he is still trying to acquire or create an accurate Web pattern.

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

I'm still creating a web pattern. It's important that the webs line up when sewn.

100% agree. Fellow users interested in this product - please be as patient as the creator, he too wants it to be done :)

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

not asking for a full suit . i just wanna see the webbing with the brick pattern i repeat" not a full suit !a portion to see the comparison..."!!

Lol thanks man. I'm still a newbie to sewing patterns so I've consulted about 3 patternmakers in LA

I've been working on it. There's only so much you can do with one hand in a cast. I shouldn't even be allowed in the workshop but trust me. I'm doing all I can to finish this as soon as possible. Also, the fact that I have to wait for a few other people to help me out (if they're not busy) because screen printing on a 24 x 36" screen is not something I can do by myself. Especially with high density ink.

Re: TASM2 - Screen Printed Suit UPDATE: Brick Printing Finalized*

I would interested in a mask if thats possible

I can let you know when I finish the mask pattern, send you pictures of it (it wouldn't be sewn though), and see if you want it.
