3/02/11 See updates below. Thanks!

Just a little something we've been messing with between jobs.

Very pleased with how things are progressing. Working on the rest of the arm as time permits.

Here's a little peek at some finger and piston work. You can also view a quick video, here:

NOTE: I'm crazy-slammed and won't have time to update this as often as I'd like so feel free to PM me with any questions.

UPDATE: 3/02/11

Just a peek at some of the pistons as we eat this elephant one bite at a time.

Re: T-800 Machined endo finger w/ stand. Final proto all done!

That does look awesome.

I'm really jealous of your skills and yet another great idea you've executed brilliantly.

A screen used T2 endo arm just went up on the auction block recently. Great reference pics below!

Lots of odd things happening on that one. Slot head screws, etc. Interesting tendon area (bent wires) on the fingers, too. Damn things differ wildly from one to the next.

Cool pics!

Bro just when I think I have seen you plateau you just keep on going!

Amazing work on this and as always you have raised the bar once again!

Thanks man, but I can't take all the credit on this one.

This thing will be the cause of numerous engineering fights in the shop before it's all wrapped up. There's already blood on the floor! :lol

Hey Rylo, those pistons originally were some kind of model airplane linkages. You may not have to machine them entirely, you might be able to get them off the shelf.
