If you come up with a pattern, I can do some mean, accurate laser cutting of acrylic, or plex whatever you like. If you need some examples let me know. That's what we are using for our 50" Refit and 47" TOS.

Your wish is my command..... Here are seven photos of laser cutting and engraving that I've gotten done recently for various projects.
Don't know if you are interested in electronics, but I have several circuits for the warp nacelles depending on your needs, some include faders and blinkies some do not. It all depends on what you want. I also do graphic art, decals, etc....etc......etc...... I've just been kind of laying low and working on my own things for about four or five years, but I'm always willing to help our, or work with a fellow modeler.:thumbsup

We are on thanks to Doug Drexler who is a man dedicated to keeping Star Trek alive more than anyone i know.
A trip to Burman industries tomorrow to get some much needed supplies. I will be making a big case mold for the saucer section with hope on economizing on silicone usage.

You know I've watched all the series and it seems no matter what they always pronounce Bussards differently from actor to actor show to show. Who has a video or wav file of the correct pronunciation?
