How will you pour the resin in the 2 part deflector dish mold. Will it be a squish method or will you create a pour spout?

Chris I have big fans in there they just don't do any good when it's this hot.

Scott I'll inject it. Works great and it crushes bubbles.

I tried to post this yesterday and got it all in the reply box and then at that moment the server went down. So here it is today.

Tony you are welcome.




Well we are officially finished with phase 2.

Phase 1- make the masters

Phase 2- make the molds

Phase 3 (this is next)- make parts and cast hulls

Phase 4- lets build something!

So I have all the molds and they are all good to use. It was about 32 molds.

I've ordered my Epoxy and resin I should have the epoxy Monday so I can start laying up hulls. Later that week I hope to have 2 gallons of Alumilite.

VoodooFX is one the lighting kit as we speak. It looks like the board will have ESCs for the motors. Randy is doing a great job on this.

We are in good shape to get the first hull kits started the following week if anyone wants one that soon contact me. I've had a couple so far.

Wow it's good to be done with all those molds. It's hard dirty work especially in this heat but I got through it thanks to your support! You guys kept me going and I thank you!
