I am totally new to Star Wars helmets and honestly it is a bit overwhelming - All the terminology and kits are super confusing! AP? TK? Where would a helmet hit like this come from?

Sorry guys I didnt realize I had more replies. Thanks for the kind words guys it means alot and makes my work feel worthwhile.

Size wise it's only mm difference. You don't notice unless you have them up against each other. All helmets differ slightly not just in size but shape and contours between the RS,Brian R and SFS. I can't wait to see how different the EFX hero is too. Man we trooper lovers are spoiled nowadays.
