Good, this makes me feel better about just getting 'close enough' military patches I could find on eBay, knowing that better accuracy is basically impossible (for the time being).

Do you still have this jacket available/if so would you still be interested in selling it? Just curious since I was never able to find a similar one in the right size, but no worries if you’ve already sold it or are no longer interested in selling.

I've only been looking for them in size S but I haven't seen any yet (in my size or otherwise). I'm probably going to give up on that soon at least for the time being, I have a lot of other projects going too and I think I'm content with just making the S4 finale outfit for now.

I have not been able to find any in any size anywhere online for sale. I was amazed to find out later and see you found 3 available on Poshmark and eBay on your last post about the shirt. I’ve been looking for a large specifically, but still amazed you found any at all.
Does anyone know of any good listings for a screen accurate Steve members only jacket on ebay, poshmark, depop, etc.? I’m struggling to find one in my size (small/medium).
Sidenote- I also noticed that one difference between the one he wears and most members only jackets (besides the long zipper and black rings) is that the zipper lining on his is sort of a matte grey instead of the shiny metallic that most have. Thanks!

First I found a close match to Steve’s Harrington Jacket from S2. Funny that nearly whenever we see Steve with a jacket, it’s almost always a Harrington Jacket, a jacket that share his last name lol.
Secondly,
not a Steve item but funny none the less and worth mentioning, I found my letterman jacket from High School and it is strikingly similar to the one on screen, with a few noticeable distinctions. Weird we never see Steve in one of these as he most definitely would have one if you think about it.

what do you mean by zipper lining ?
also my tip for finding one is just check Etsy , eBay , poshmark and other sites every few days for new listings

In addition to Forrest Gump's Nike Cortez, and the Nike All Court; Steve also wore the exact same Nike Bruin shoes as Marty McFly! In fact Steve is actually wearing the 2015 'McFly' Bruin Reissues Nike specifically marketed to Back to the Future fans in a promotional collaboration with Universal Studios.(They are very valuable today!) You can see the Blank White Tongue Nike released these reproductions with; Even though the original 80's Bruins actually had labels, the BTTF costume department removed the branding from the tongue for filming.
Also visible on the left side of this screenshot.
And Marty McFly's shoes
As you can see from the original Nike catalog image below the brand label has been removed from the tongue.
(Bonus fact; This is also the exact same model & colorway worn by Elliot in 'E.T.' Another amazing movie from Steven Spielberg with these shoes)
And finally the 2015 Reissues that Nike marketed to Back to the Future fans and collectors. Complete with the brandless blank white tongue, and blank red heel.
The original Bruins were available from the early 80's up to the mid/late 80's. I like to think Steve Harrington went out and purchased a pair of Nike Bruin shoes just like Marty McFly's after he watched Back to the Future high on Russian Truth Serum at the Starcourt Mall theatre with Robyn.

I actually tried to find a pair of Nike Bruins because of the season 4 set photos that came out with Steve wearing them. I didn't find anything for a while, and Nike actually ended up doing some custom shoes on their app, so I customized some Nike Blazer lows to look like the bruins. This was 2 years ago, so not sure how they do it now
