thank you I've never seen that before, I've seen a few quick scenes with biggs and luke but never anything like this
Speaking of the Firefly similarities... anyone else think the comic books modeled Sana Solo after Zoe Washburne?

I mean... seriously.
The crazy thing about those outtakes is the last one at yavin. When the older pilot tells Luke that he previously met his dad. The tone leads me to believe that Lucas hadn't decided yet about anakin being vader
Well, he hadn't, but regardless, Red Leader could have met Anakin when he was still Anakin. "When I was a boy" was probably well before Luke was born.

Yeah he meant he knew Anakin during the Clone Wars. It doesn't matter about Vader because if I remember correctly Lucas said that only the Emperor, Yoda, Obi Wan, and Luke know Vader was Anakin Skywalker (post ESB until Luke tells Leia). Tarkin knows that Vader was a Jedi Knight, but not who he was. That is unless the new EU screwed with that.
Soo... What's the word on a full, non-teaser trailer?
Shouldn't it be remotely soon?
Any guesses?
In the new Tarkin novel its heavily implied Tarkin knows it's Anakin.
You mean that Jedi he always hung out with? That wasn't exactly a secret. Also, you're giving that slack way too much credit.I think it would be more of a propaganda tool for the Emperor if Anakin was assumed to have been killed in Order 66. He could say that even the greatest Jedi was taken out.
Luke: "Ben! Why didn't you tell me? You told me that Darth Vader betrayed and murdered my father."Ugh... I think it would be more of a propaganda tool for the Emperor if Anakin was assumed to have been killed in Order 66. He could say that even the greatest Jedi was taken out.
This could be big, this could be the full trailer.
