Yeah OK... but there is a such thing as WAITING TO SEE before you judge. There is also something called leaving the past in the past and not being a negative nellie before we've even seen the movie.But

On the Stern show he said he avoided it wherever he could. The only flares in the movie are ones that just couldn't be gotten rid of. He said his wife set him straight while watching "Into Darkness", by saying "J.J., come on...." Pretty good interview.
So yes, we will see, and I am more optimistic about the aesthetics that I was. However, I refuse to get too worked up about it either way.

I don't know or think he is a Sith. I think they are going for something new. Already we have the Knights of Ren which seems to be unique to the canonical film universe.
And of course everything you read on the internet is true. With it getting so close to the release I'm steering clear of all the rumors right now... this is how they generate a buzz.... feed alot of false info and rumors. I bet next we hear that Poe is killed and that someone who saw the pre-release didn't like it because there were too many lens flares. I don't care... with only a week left, I just wanna see it for myself right now.

Look like a lot of cool stuff. I see a smaller praying mantis type alien like from the 1st cantina. I see Nien Nunb, Ackbar. I see a cast of daisy ridley. The Blocky Yellow droid from Monster Inc. Movie. The Crimson Corsair. The New wolfman alien. Always missed Lak Sivrak when he was unnecessarily replaced by a beer drinking gecko with a hat.
lLooks like a lot of new cool and interesting charcaters were made.

How tall was the rancor? Just gauging as to the rumors of Snoke being 25 feet tall?
I didn't watch it but has anyone seen the leaked first few minutes? it's on Ebaums. I'm avoiding spoilers and this is my one and only time to pop in this thread, but didn't want to deny anyone who is actively hunting for spoilers.
