The two cones at the antenna of the walkie talkie communicators remind me of cord ends like on hoddies ....

... there are different sizes out...

... pictures are only examples, not the right ones that were used, related to the size of the originals.
Yes! It reminded me of these as well, I picked up some for my build, then stripped the plating back on them to the raw aluminium underneath, made some mods to allow them to fit over the antenna, they look the part, although unsure if they might be a little oversized compared to the original props, but if we had some more reference of the props on display then that would be a great way to see what that part actually looks like!

These are the ones I picked up:

Similar vibe, but not an exact match. The frames in the show seem clear, they have a step in each arm near each hinge, and the top bar of the bridge over the nose is not flush with the front of the frame.
Yeah. I just took a second look. Not the right one. Good call.

The item on the left side of Neel's belt reminds me of a dial controlled analog light meter which has been turned upside down. No right insight on this prop I just have a feeling I have seen it, or something similar, before.

Jod buckle sculpt is done but I need to powwow with a real 3d designer (yes, I know, I should know this with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering but life can have only so many skillsets). I have scanned the sculpt and have the stl (not even sure I saved it correctly) but it needs the base (scan pad) removed and the solidity completed (is just the surface scan currently). Also the end loops definitely look to curve behind the buckle which was not in my arena to sculpt in clay as the buckle would need to lift off the pad to allow it. At home, I can just mold and cast and deal with the loops by manually molding and casting a second time onto my cast buckle (resin to resin) but I want to load this up for everyone's use as a 3d printable. Here is the scan.... ya, I am fingers crossed here on file transfer so if it is junk, let me know and I can export it whatever is the RIGHT WAY. As for final size, it must allow a 1.75 inch belt leather. I had originally found it to be 4 inches long but that was based on those loops I mentioned above and have no idea what they will look like behind the leather. the inner portion I had previously measured as 3 inches horizontally, but again that is on the raised part which means the back (closest to body) is slightly larger due to the expanding angle on that internal section at that point. PM me any questions and I will stumble through it. And a screen shot...

Thank you! Looks finger licking good!

What kind of helmet could this be? I don't think it is a German WWII helmet...

I have the buckle cleaned up and am running a test run on printing (total newb so am incorporating some assistance) but a fully functional stl should be coming within the next week to 2. If anyone wants to waste some filament on trying this one for me let me know. I am the proud owner of at least 3 newly installed software suites (all free)... 4 counting the one that came with my aunt's Miraco scanner. I have several pirate pistols, like real world pistols and some toys (not worth printing as they can just be purchased) but if anyone wants I will be trying to get them apart to scan the moving bits separately. Is anyone interested in full gun STL? Without dismantling it? They wouldn't be crazy perfect due to the hidden spaces when they are not taken apart before scanning but if a printable model is all you need I can get to work on scanning these. At least two will be loaded in my Adam Ant thread as well because he uses them in the Stand and Deliver video. Let me know if there is any interest in the one shot printing as it is not something I was planning to do this round (I want to hand finish the paints separately if possible). These are not purpose built for The Skeleton Crew so not trying to overstate their use but are legit base units if you were to mod them for use. I saw some decent ones on thingiverse but were for 1/6 size so am not sure those would size up with any decent detail so am going for scanning my own.

My Jod pistol is, of course, not of my making and is currently riding across the ocean on its way to my house.

The current version of the buckle is cosplay level due to not seeing the back of the buckle. If........ If..... you happen to have a pic or could GET a pic of the backside of the buckle (off the belt hopefully but not totally necessary) it would be a very late Christmas miracle and I would forever remember you as the MOST AWESOME PERSON ALIVE...... or at least until my next project where I need further assistance from someone else who may also be as awesome as you.

Those two examples of the WWII Fallschirmjägerhelm Luftwaffe M38 paratrooper helmet are not the same helmet, as in one or the other is not a WWII Fallschirmjägerhelm Luftwaffe M38 paratrooper helmet. Or, as is usually the case, there were two or more under the same catalog name as far back as when they were issued.
