Just a heads-up that after a few more orders (of any of my kits) I may need to pause taking on more until I've shipped out a large number of outstanding orders currently being made. The printer is running 24/7 whenever I'm at home but I don't want to take on too many at a time. Right now I'm guesstimating 2-4 weeks of rolling lead time for any new orders placed.

Thanks, and we definitely appreciate that you'd be willing to take a break in order to fulfil orders rather than continuing to take them and getting so hopelessly backlogged that nobody received anything.

There's no risk of things going bad really, since I'm cranking out everything needed on a regular basis. I just don't want to be holding payment for too many orders if I encounter any delays, such as needing to clean and service the machine. I've got a whole mess of parts to sort and ship already and I'll be printing 24/7 for another week before I go back to work and can only print at about half that. Either way I'm not rushing the quality. I'll be uploading a photo later, showing what I've done so far.

Yes, but as I mentioned before I might soon have to pause taking on more until I catch up a bit. I am sorting and readying the first batch for shipping right now. Currently placed orders should allow at least 3-4 weeks before they ship from the date of payment. (I hope to get them out faster but each one takes a few days to do and I there's a limit to how fast I can crank them out, so I don't want to make promises that will be hard to keep.)

That's cool. I'm not in a huge rush for this one. My daughter wants to do Rey for a couple cons this summer. More anxious to get my Poe blaster.

Might you post a list of who you expect to ship to in the next batch? that might highlight if there are people who thought they were all set but for some reason aren't accounted for. Just a thought.

I would, but in this case I'm reluctant to post a list since I can't say exactly how many will ship in the next batch- I go back to work on monday so I can't print 24/7. It all depends on how many I have time to complete during the week and I don't have full control of my time, plus I have to print up a couple Poe blasters to go out as well. I don't want to post a guesstimate list and then have folks disappointed if I can't make it.
HOWEVER I can say that at present I've got about eight more to ship and major parts of them have been completed. (About two full kits left to make, as well as a few grips and grip frames. I've been spending my off-time marathon-printing the parts that take 15+ hours to do.) If there are only a couple kits left to do I may delay a few days and get the entire remaining current run out at the same time.
Note: Your kit is next-to-last or third-to-last in my current list.

That makes sense. I guess I phrased that wrong... I was thinking more like "here's who I have on the list who are paid and ready" so that way if someone thought they paid or something it might highlight it.
