Star Wars Ahsoka (tv series)

Anyone else think there's a big scaling problem with the Chimaera docking with the hyperspace ring on the planet surface? The lower part of the ring should have been buried in the ground. Why not have it dock in space instead?

Because the large engines on the SD dont appear to work, it probably cant reach orbit.

Regarding the statues, you can actually see the statue of the Daughter on the left with its head destroyed...

I could see it.

Yes, and he can bring the broken disappointed character easily.

Did we not see anything about how Ezra hihacked a ship and escaped the Chinera or I missed it while doing something else? Like blinking or I might fall asleep I’m not sure.

Also I love how the Tie Fighters killed Ahsoka’s ship with one shot. They make the other ships look even more pathetic :D

They showed Baylan's shuttle in the hangar when Ezra jumped in, then he was shown dragging the trooper towards it. He made the comment of thanking the comms for the heads up that they were coming, so I assumed he took the troopers armor & hung out on the shuttle until he was able to sneak away.

Didn't think of this until I heard it pointed out, Baylan may be looking for 'The Mother', since we're aware of the Father, Son, & Daughter. Baylan was standing on the statue of the Father, & they laid the reminder that Ahsoka has the Daughter's spirit by showing Morai flying around. It helped Ahsoka realize that she was exactly where she needed to be by the will of The Force.

Agreed the lightsabers glow/residual lighting is looking better, but IMO the blades are still toooo thick.
Like most of us know, they're using the installed 1" pixel blades. (The general public wouldn't even notice.) Hell l even have a 1" bladed VV TESB but would love to have a 7/8" tube.

7/8" blades should be the standard go-to for these productions with more than decent budgets!

Ah okay I totally missed Baylan's shuttle. Thanks!

Saw the statues but had no idea of what / who they were.

Guess I’m not a true fan!

So Ezra spent his entire trip in the shuttle unnecessarily wearing the helmet (or, worse, putting it on before coming down the ramp) just for the dramatic effect of stressing everybody out? Not to mention there was no suspense in the scene for the viewer, we knew who it was.

The statues: ugh, the Force being literal people/beings is another CW concept I can't stand. I might be out for S2 or whatever it's leading to.

Not at all.

It’s more the fact that the producers seem to think we all know everything about the DEU.
"You know if you know" things don't bother me if it isn't essential to know them to get the intended message of the scene. And one didn't need to know what the statues were to understand that he's brooding and planning. It's fine.

I guess S2 could lead to seeing the father and the son, if that's true then Sam Witwer finally enters SW live action?
