Star Wars Ahsoka (tv series)

Good episode, finally.

I really like Ezra. The way Eman Esfandi plays him, I can absolutely see he IS Ezra. Ahsoka was better than usual too, but I still find her too slow. Like Ahsoka on poppy tea. Sabine is still looking Sabine, but Natasha Liu Bordizzo really can't act. Sorry fans. I find her almost as bad as Ivanna Sakhno. Ray's Baylan is amazing, I don't know what are they going to do to replace him. The small enemy ships are still useless, a bad joke. They fly up and down, shoot, nothing happens, like their lasers are just mosquito bites, pathetic. It was good to see C3PO, but something was off about him, I am not sure what, maybe the posture that others mentioned above. I am amazed he is still played by Anthony Daniels, that guy is 77 years old. I think we can safely say the Stormtroopers are not zombies neither Nightsister farts. Unless they can talk in their resurrected form :D After all, good episode, felt Starwarsy :)

Is this why he looked off? Motion capture performance and CG-3PO?

(This post was meant to be lighthearted and in no way disrespectful to the brilliant actors/actresses who are still among us or have left us and will be forever missed)

This show has brought back so many memories for me...lol

I don't think it's a "clip", which is when parts intersect in the CG world that would not in real life, but I do think it's an animation error. It shouldn't jump from one position to another within a single frame like that.

I'm sure Tony loved using this new approach, but if he can now move more freely than he did in the suit, and therefore more freely than Threepio himself could, how does one prevent taking motions too far?

As Laurence Olivier once told Marlon Brando, when Brando asked Olivier why he doesn't use the "method" approach: "It's called 'acting', my dear boy!"

(Probably an urban legend.)

Considering humans have been able to make glass for at least 5000 years, I can't find it too much of a stretch to think it's within the capability of a fictional more technologically advanced people.
As a people they'd most definitely have the knowledge, but I doubt that the Chimera, as a warship, would have the capability. And even if Thrawn, or somebody happened to make glass as a hobby, they wouldn't know how to or have the capability of making large sheets of armored that you can with minimal to no distortion. That's something you might find at a shipyard, but most likely ordered from a company that specializes in producing that kind of glass.

I’m not convinced that Anthony in that mo-cap suit was meant for Ahsoka. Wasn’t there a CGI Droids show planned that was supposed to star Threepio and Artoo? I’m pretty sure this is for that.
