Nowadays, where could I find some allready made (built and painted) Star Trek TOS "The Cage" phaser or some good resin kits ?

I have an extra set of the resin bits from the HMS laser. You'd have to make the metal parts, or track down something to work for that end. But it would be a start. LMK if you're interested.

Wow, I didn't even know anyone made a kit for the Laser Pistol... I've still got an old Playmates Laser Pistol that I'm wanting to replace with a serious prop piece eventually.
