I still would like to continue this project if you are interested in loaning out the moulds. I have a friend in the movie industry who is very trustworthy and would be thrilled to work with me on this project if you change your mind. I'd be happy to introduce you to my friend.

I'd love to see a Landspeeder project move forward. I'm hoping that we can get someone else with a "less flaky disposition" to do it, and do it right.

I'm betting that the master pattern was never finished, or changed much from what we initially saw. So why involve Wasili? He had over a HALF A YEAR to produce anything.... and we ate static. You want to reward him?!

Get someone like Rel on this, and you'll see REAL results. And the end product will be better.

I'd be surprised if anyone has received a refund yet. Wasili gave himself 14 days to make good on his promise, and it's been only five days.

Wasili, it's July 5th, which means you are pretty much at the halfway point to breaking your latest promise. I hope you have kept that 14 day window in mind, and plan to pay my back MY money. You know, the money you have had since November of 2006.

Because if you do not, I will contact your countries authorities, and I will proceed with my internet fraud proceedings. I will encourage everyone else to do so as well.

Has anyone received a refund -- or even a reply to an e-mail or PM since he promised the refunds? I haven't.

Wasili's got about 35 hours left until his self-imposed deadline runs out.

This is true of today's laws. I truly hope this fella comes through for you guys. Internet fraud is the largest committed crime in todays society. Mostly because most don't believe anything can happen from it. Those who think that way are very delusioned. And the time is coming where they will find out how wrong they are. And time is what was needed to make certain their fate.

Tick, tock indeed. Time has become their worst enemy.

Note to whomever may be doing this sort of thing... You'd better get you ducks in a row. Good natured with good intentions or not... your time to do so is coming to an end.

So why are you all waiting so long for this refund? Im just curious really as id be going bananas about now...scratch that, lets say id be going nuts like weeks ago!
Jason has said it best and i feel his course of action will be the direction to go.
Hey i dont have a dog in this guys, but damn, its your hard earned, you all toiled for that money same as anyone here.
Ill bet if Jason didnt post up his intentions, there wouldnt have even been any mention of refunds, or possibly any contact at all.
