Even if they did, with Wasili's behavior do you really think you could get them?

I have emailed Wasili several times in the last few weeks and gotten no reply at all. I haven't been on the board in several weeks, so I'm glad to see that this thread is still active. I have NEVER had this much trouble communicating with a member before.

I agree, I think he's just stalling. If somebody on this forum doesn't get their refund issued like right now, we should proceed. Screw his stalling tactics.

Amen to that!
To borrow a metaphor from Gen. Buck Turgidson, every day that goes by without the simple courtesy of a response from Wasili is a day that he's vomiting all over us.
It seems to me that, since we're not getting any kind of consistent communication from Wasili at all, it would be prudent to compile and post a list of everyone who has invested in this project, how much they've paid, and when. One benefit of doing this is that we should be able to monitor who (if anyone) has received a refund, and in what order.
Based on information in this thread, I have put together the incomplete list below. If those who invested in this project will post here or PM me with any missing information (including corrections to the information I've posted here), I'll revise the list accordingly. I'll also keep this list updated to reflect any refunds we receive.
Of course, all of the above is really Wasili's job, but I'd rather do it myself than have it go undone.

Are any of the "vomitees" admins or moderators on the RPF? At a minimum wasili needs to be banned (after refunding our $ of course) and it seems to me that this has escalated to at least a "sticky" warning at the top of the SS forum and the junkyard regarding his fraudulent actions... IMO

Man I'm sorry this happened to you guys. This is such a small community that buys these things, and it really sucks there's people out there that know that and just by showing a few pretty pictures can scam money because people want these items, because they're not available anywhere else.
Well several people have contacted me asking if I would be interested in making this, and I can see from the interest in this thread that it would probably be something that would be worthwhile. So instead of making the other chrome ships I'll do this instead.
Of course I won't be taking orders for it until I have a completed kit ready naturally LOL.
Edit: If anyone else out there is making this please let me know now, because I don't like making something (in the same scale) that someone else is already doing. Because once I get going it won't take me more than a few weeks to get it finished.

REL, you let me know when you begin the project and I'll gather all the CIII photos I can get my mitts on of that landspeeder. If you get your hands on the 1/6 scale 6-million dollar man figure........you should be able to scale most all of it quite nicely considering all the angle shots I took at CIII. Just say the word when you want the pics.

Just a quick heads-up: on Monday morning, I'm going out of town on business for a week. I'm taking a wireless modem and expect to have e-mail, but probably won't be able to access Web pages (it's a dial-up and slowwww ). I'm leaving on the eve of the promised refund and it's driving me a little nuts to know I won't be able to check this thread until next Saturday (7/28).
Anyway, if anybody sends me updates, I'll be sure to revise the list as soon as I return home. Sorry in advance for the delay.
I'm hoping that some of us will see refunds on the 23rd... but I'm not holding my breath.

Tempo - Thanks for making that list. I paid on 17 January 2007, so I guess I'll be about the last person to get a refund. I still have had no communication at all from Wasili.
