Spider-Man No Way Home Final Suit

Hey Everyone I am the absolute most new born baby when it comes to cosplaying and suit making, I have done so much research but am still a little lost, I am trying to make my own spiderman suit I got a pattern but do not know how to size it and im not sure what to do when it comes to fabric on demand I know to upload the file and choose lycra spandex as the fabric but before that it asks what fabric set to use and i'm not sure for that either. I am really just trying to get the ball rolling and would appreciate any help!

If you're willing to spend a bunch using Fabric on Demand, you can totally buy the correct fabrics (Jersey Knit Spandex), screen print them yourself, sew them up, and wammo. It'll look infinitely better too than sub dyed suits. All for ABOUT the same price. There's just a lot of learning curves thrown in.

I was planning on using fabric on demand but I think my biggest concern is it coming after spending a lot and it being the wrong size. Btw I appreciate your response and also I thought the material I was supposed to use was Lycra spandex? I spent ages on photoshop which I knew nothing about trying to size the pattern right and I watched every video and I believe I might’ve done it right but like I said I’m still afraid to buy it

If you're going that way, yes Lycra Spandex. Which is a blend of Polyester, Spandex / Polyurethane / Latex combo.

In the films (MCU) they use Jersey Knit spandex. Which is Modal / Rayon / tree cellulose, AND a blend of Spandex. This gives a much more stretchy suit that breathes like nobody's business. And that's why it clings to Tom Holland so well. Extra tight with all the mobility.

Well jersey knit spandex sounds really good i definitely want to go with that now. Thank you for that info that’s so helpful. As far as sizing patterns do you know how to do that i hope I did it right, I know this is a long shot but could I send the file to you so you could review it on photoshop or something to see if it would fit me right, I’m about 5’11 and 130 pounds. If not totally understand you’ve been a great help.

Is Jersey Knit something they offer? I wouldn’t get it printed in that material if so. It won’t work the same way because it stretches way more and is thinner.

I haven’t used them for anything other than the Lyca spandex.

Sorry for the late response, and yes they have jersey knit but I see what your saying that makes sense thank you. And you’re actually a life savor hopefully I did it right but not surprised if I didn’t I’ll send it over now thank you again
